2.3 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact 234game to request closure of your account.
2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. Translations provided for convenience carry no legal weight in the event of any dispute.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register an account with 234game and to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
3.2 Age Verification. 234game verifies Player age through the CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) KYC process. Players who are unable to provide a valid CNIC confirming age of 21 or above will not be permitted full account access and will not be permitted to make withdrawals.
3.3 Underage Access. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 at the time of account registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately and permanently closed. 3.4 Geographical Restrictions. The 234game Platform is intended for use by Pakistani residents. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. 234game accepts no liability for such access.
3.5 Personal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party. Gaming for or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and operate exactly one (1) 234game account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the mobile number, email address, CNIC, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or outdated registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 234game login credentials, including your mobile number combination and password. All transactions completed using your credentials are your legal and financial responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised them.
4.4 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 234game's support team immediately. 234game will investigate such reports but cannot reverse legitimate transactions completed prior to the report being received.
4.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your 234game account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances.
5.1 234game is required by the terms of its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The standard KYC documentation required is a clear, legible photograph of both sides of the Player's CNIC.
5.2 234game reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, including during routine compliance reviews or where specific account activity triggers a verification requirement.
5.3 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 234game's compliance team will result in withdrawal suspension and may result in account closure.
5.4 All identity documentation submitted to 234game is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 234game does not sell or share player identity documents with third parties except as required by its gaming licence or applicable law.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 234game accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant transfer, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). 234game reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). 234game does not set a published maximum single deposit limit, though payment processors may apply their own transaction limits.
6.3 Deposit Currency. All deposits are credited to your 234game account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 234game does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.
6.4 Depositor Identity. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Depositing using third-party payment accounts or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
6.5 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers and Raast transfers are credited within 5 to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have successfully completed the KYC verification process. 234game reserves the right to defer processing of any withdrawal pending completion of required KYC documentation.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 100. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the Cashier section of your account.
7.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes subject to network conditions.
7.4 Withdrawal Method. 234game will endeavour to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. 234game reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a payment method different from the deposit method.
7.5 Bonus Balance Restrictions. Only real-money (non-bonus) balances are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from withdrawal amounts where applicable.
7.6 234game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation, where the Company's compliance obligations require it. Processing may be delayed during such reviews.
8.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers made available by 234game are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and governed by these general Terms & Conditions.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds awarded by 234game carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been completed exclusively on qualifying game types.
8.3 Opt-In Requirement. Certain promotions require Players to actively opt in before making a deposit. Players who do not opt in prior to depositing will not receive the associated bonus. 234game cannot retroactively apply bonuses to qualifying deposits made before opt-in was completed.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. 234game actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage play, or account collusion designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine financial risk. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
8.5 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, each Player is eligible for each promotion once. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes both a violation of the One Account Policy and bonus abuse.
8.6 234game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice of material changes to ongoing promotions.
9.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games offered on the 234game Platform — including all slot titles, crash games, and virtual card games — are supplied by third-party studio providers holding independent RNG certification from internationally accredited testing laboratories. 234game does not modify game mechanics or payout behaviour beyond the configuration options permitted by the studio provider.
9.2 Published RTPs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles and RNG casino games. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
9.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. All cards, wheels, and physical game elements used in live dealer sessions are subject to regular integrity checks by the studio operator. 234game does not operate the studios directly but selects studio partners who hold the applicable regulatory approvals.
9.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 234game's system will attempt to complete the round and settle the outcome on the basis of the game state at the point of disconnection, where technically possible. Where a round cannot be completed and no outcome can be determined, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
10.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on the 234game Platform are subject to acceptance by 234game's sportsbook system. 234game reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a price has been offered in error.
10.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
10.3 In-Play Betting. Live (in-play) cricket betting markets — including PSL matches and Pakistan international fixtures — are subject to brief suspension during key match events (wickets, DRS reviews, weather delays). Bets placed during suspended markets will be voided.
10.4 Void Bets. A bet is void and the stake is returned to the Player where: (a) a match is abandoned or not completed, (b) a bet was placed during a suspended market window, (c) the bet was accepted at a clearly erroneous price, or (d) 234game determines that material information affecting the bet was publicly available before the bet was confirmed.
10.5 Maximum Winnings. 234game applies maximum single-event and cumulative daily winning limits. These limits are specified in the sportsbook terms section and may be amended at any time.
11.1 You agree to use the 234game Platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and/or closure:
12.1 Zero Tolerance for Fraud. 234game operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, and any other financial crime. The Platform's transaction monitoring systems actively screen all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals for indicators of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
12.2 Reporting Obligations. 234game is required by the terms of its international gaming licence to report certain suspicious transactions and account activities to the relevant regulatory authorities. This obligation supersedes any privacy considerations in relation to the reported activity.
12.3 Chargebacks. Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal against a 234game transaction is considered fraudulent conduct. Where a chargeback is found to be unjustified, 234game reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, offset the chargeback amount against any remaining balance, and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts by all available legal means.

14.2 No part of the 234game Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or sold in any form without the prior written consent of 234game. Any unauthorised use of 234game's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to legal action.
15.1 The 234game Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While 234game makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain uninterrupted service, 234game does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical faults, malware, or security vulnerabilities.
15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 234game's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 90 days preceding the claim.
15.3 234game accepts no liability for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of reputation, indirect loss, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or 234game was advised of its possibility.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 234game's liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by 234game's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
16.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your 234game account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and standard processing times.
16.2 Company-Initiated Closure. 234game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct; (c) your continued use of the Platform creates regulatory or compliance risk for 234game; or (d) you are found to be under 21 years of age.
16.3 Post-Closure Balances. Where account closure is initiated by 234game due to Player misconduct or breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be refunded at 234game's sole discretion following investigation.
17.1 If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 234game Platform, your account, a game outcome, or a transaction, you should first contact 234game's customer support team via the live chat feature or by emailing the support address listed below. Our team aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
17.2 Where a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily at the customer support level, you may escalate the matter in writing to 234game's compliance team. You will receive written acknowledgement of your escalated complaint within 3 business days and a full response within 14 business days.
17.3 Where a dispute concerns the outcome of a sporting event or game round, 234game's records of the relevant event — including bet timestamps, system logs, and game round data — shall be the definitive evidence in any dispute resolution process.
18.1 234game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to their registered Pakistani mobile number, email notification where an email address is registered, and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
18.2 Continued use of the 234game Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
19.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 234game holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 17 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
19.2 Nothing in this clause limits 234game's right to seek emergency or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
